E-coaching · Overview
In this module you learn about coaching in a digital learning trajectory. Your students will work partly digitally, so you will assist them for that component. Thus, next to being a teacher you will also become an e-coach!
This module will explain the different roles you will need to fulfill as an e-coach to guide and motivate your students. Giving feedback is crucial. That is why we will zoom in on all the aspects of digital feedback. Finally, in this module you will learn which digital tools you can use to develop your digital activities.
By the end of this module, you should be able to:

Understand the different roles of an e-coach better and be able to apply these roles.

Acknowledge the importance of feedback, recognize different kinds of feedback and use them.

Choose appropriate digital tools for e-coaching in terms of the teaching context.
Furthermore, a couple of specific competences that you will need when guiding your students through the digital landscape will be discussed in the component “in-depth study”.
